Invitation to Paraguay

So all of my hard work and persistence at the Peace Corps application process has finally culminated in an invitation. I will be going to Paraguay! This is a country that I know very little about, so I guess I have a lot of research to do. So far I know that they speak two languages both Spanish and Guarani. Luckily I know un poquito Espanol, but I know I need a lot of practice! So as I prepare for my departure I will try to keep the blog updated with as much info as possible. I know that I have found current and former Peace Corps volunteers' blogs to be extremely helpful and I hope that this one will perform that service as well.
